These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of matteoturi.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Taras Services Limited, trading as The High Valuation Code ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales at 5 Mowbray Gardens, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 6AE, United Kingdom. This includes the High Valuation Score, the High Valuation Call, and the High Valuation Code programme (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use the Services
The Services are built for founders, business owners, and executives, and are provided in a business-to-business capacity. By using them, you confirm you are at least 18, and that you have the authority to book a call and, where relevant, enrol your business in the High Valuation Code on its behalf.
2. What the Services Are
The High Valuation Score is a self-assessment questionnaire that produces a personalised report against our 12 Outcomes framework. The High Valuation Call is a complimentary 30-minute diagnostic conversation with Matteo Turi. The High Valuation Code is a paid, structured 28-day implementation programme, delivered across eight milestones. Full programme content, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed separately, in writing, before you enrol — nothing on the Site is itself an offer capable of acceptance.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Figures we mention — including the £2.25m-to-£11m case study referenced on the High Valuation Call page — describe a specific client's modelled outcome and are not a promise of what your business will achieve. Enterprise value depends on your market, your execution, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that taking the High Valuation Score, attending a High Valuation Call, or completing the High Valuation Code will increase your business's valuation by any particular amount, or at all.
4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
The High Valuation Score and the High Valuation Call are free. If you enrol in the High Valuation Code, the price, payment schedule, and any cancellation terms will be set out in a separate enrolment agreement you sign before starting, and that agreement takes priority over this general page. If you need to reschedule a High Valuation Call, please use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours beforehand.
5. Our Intellectual Property
The High Valuation Code name, the 12 Outcomes framework, the 144 Valuation Killers / 144 Wealth Multipliers system, the High Valuation Score questionnaire and scoring methodology, and all related written materials belong to Matteo Turi and/or Taras Services Limited. You may use your own personal Scorecard report for your own business, but you may not copy, resell, teach, or otherwise redistribute our frameworks or materials without our prior written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Anything you tell us on a High Valuation Call, in your Scorecard answers, or during the High Valuation Code programme is kept confidential and used only to deliver the Services to you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We won't share the specifics of your business with anyone outside our small delivery team without your permission.
7. Reviews, Case Studies and Testimonials
Case studies (such as the accounting-firm example on the High Valuation Call page), and the reader reviews of Fail. Pivot. Scale. shown on this Site, describe real people's genuine experiences. They've sometimes been anonymised or condensed for length, and they aren't representative of every reader's or client's experience — your own results may be different.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit or loss of business opportunity) arising from your use of the Site or the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid programme is capped at the fees you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. No Professional Advice
Matteo Turi is a finance professional, but the High Valuation Score, the High Valuation Call, and the High Valuation Code are strategic and educational in nature — they are not a substitute for independent legal, tax, accountancy, or regulated financial advice, and you should take that advice separately before making decisions about a sale, fundraise, or other transaction.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally, for example as the Services evolve. Any update will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
