- Anything you tell Matteo directly during a High Valuation Call, or share with us as part of the High Valuation Code programme, including business and financial information you choose to disclose.
- Emails, messages, or other correspondence you send to [email protected].
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you visit on the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Booking and scheduling data from the calendar system used to arrange High Valuation Calls.
- Video-watch data (such as how much of the High Valuation Call video you watched) where our video hosting provider makes this available to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Generate and send your High Valuation Scorecard and personalised report.
- Schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on your High Valuation Call.
- Deliver the High Valuation Code programme to clients who enrol.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our booking and email systems.
- Send you relevant follow-up emails about the High Valuation Score, the High Valuation Call, or the High Valuation Code, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

The Site uses cookies from our page-building and CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to run our booking forms and calendar widget, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors move through the funnel. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may stop the booking form or calendar from working correctly.
4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts our forms, calendar booking widget, and email/SMS communications on our behalf.
- Our video hosting provider, to serve the High Valuation Call and thank-you page videos.
- Our accountant and any other professional adviser, where reasonably necessary.
- A regulator, court, or law enforcement body, where we are legally required to.
- A buyer or successor, if Taras Services Limited is ever sold, merged, or reorganised — your data would be covered by an equivalent policy.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep Scorecard responses, call notes, and correspondence for as long as you remain a subscriber or client, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations (normally no more than six years under UK record-keeping rules). If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will do so.
6. Data Security
We rely on reputable, security-audited providers (GoHighLevel and our video host) to store and transmit your data, and we restrict access to client information to Matteo and anyone directly supporting delivery of the High Valuation Code. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
As a UK-based controller, we process your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete or restrict it, to object to certain uses (including marketing emails), and to ask for a portable copy of data you gave us directly.
